Job summary

nobility placement services pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst in Singapore to drive end-to-end implementations. You will gather user requirements, manage stakeholders, timelines, and vendors, and work independently to deliver projects.

Candidates should have 5+ years in workflow & process automation (K2, OutSystems or similar), strong communication skills, and a track record in SIT/UAT and Go-live activities.

Qualifications

• Must have degree in CS/IT or equivalent.
• 5-8 years of experience as Business Analyst.
• End-to-end implementation experience including requirements gathering, SIT, UAT and Go-live.
• 5+ years in workflow and process automation using K2, OutSystems or similar systems.
• Experience with OutSystems workflow automation preferred.
• Ability to gather requirements, manage timelines, vendors and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
