JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Gather and organize business requirements from stakeholders with appropriate domain understanding

Act as the liaison between branch users and the bank’s internal IT team, working primarily on-site at the bank premises

Analyse business requirements and translate them into complete use cases, workflows, and logic definitions

Create/Review of Basic Design, Detailed Design and Test Plans, Scenarios and Cases

Create solutions across diversified domains and technologies

Create migration and deployment plan of new system to multiple branches

Provide quality assurance to the development team, especially from a functional and technical perspective

JOB REQUIREMENTS

More than 10 years of Business analyst for Bank Domain system

Proven experience creating high-quality business requirement documents (e.g. BRD, FRD, Traceability matrix, etc) with End user.

Hands-on experience in rolling out applications across multiple branches using centralized systems

Involved in system development projects from scratch, including requirement definition and design

Experience leading a small to mid-sized team as a team leader or module leader

Prior involvement in mission-critical systems implementation for large enterprises

Experience working with Japanese-oriented companies (JOC) or Japanese banks (preferred)

Familiarity with systems using Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) architecture (preferred)

Knowledge or experience in deposit-related business processes and systems in the banking domain (preferred)
