My client is a reputable Japanese IT company, specializing in digital transformation solutions for diverse industries. They are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support their banking project.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders with relevant domain understanding.
• Act as a liaison between branch users and the bank’s internal IT team, primarily on-site at the bank.
• Translate business requirements into comprehensive use cases, workflows, and logic definitions.
• Create and review Basic Design, Detailed Design, Test Plans, Scenarios, and Cases.
• Develop solutions across various domains and technologies.
• Plan migration and deployment of new systems across multiple branches.
• Ensure quality assurance from a functional and technical perspective for the development team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Over 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking domain system.
• Proven ability to create high-quality business requirement documents (e.g., BRD, FRD, Traceability matrix) with end users.
• Hands-on experience deploying applications across multiple branches using centralized systems.
• Experience in requirement definition and system design from scratch.
• Leadership experience managing small to mid-sized teams.
• Involvement in mission-critical systems implementation for large enterprises.
• Experience working with Japanese-oriented companies or banks (preferred).
• Familiarity with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) architecture (preferred).
• Knowledge of deposit-related processes and systems in banking (preferred).
