Responsibilities

The Search Operations team aims to improve search user experience, contribute significant DAU impact to the products, and drive an increase in traffic and GMV.

• Serve as a Thought Leader with the senior management team of the APAC search team, proactively identifying key business opportunities.
• Deliver projects of varying lengths, covering topics like organizational planning, quality management, employee engagement, process improvement, and other cross-department priorities.
• Provide business insights and structural initiatives to the APAC search leadership team.
• Assist and communicate with regional and global leadership in decision-making, project management, and initiative implementation.
• Act as a liaison between staff and senior leaders regarding company/business climate, project updates, proposals, and planning.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Proactive and problem-solving mindset, curious, and constantly striving to improve the environment around you.

Preferred Qualifications: Data-oriented with proven data analysis capabilities; ability to draw insights from a comprehensive perspective (Data science background preferred).

• Experience in designing, leading, and executing strategic and operational initiatives from scratch, ideally within the tech/internet industry (Search experience preferred).
