About the Team
The TikTok LIVE Revenue Product Team focuses on enhancing monetization strategies for TikTok’s live streaming platform by developing innovative features like in-app purchases and virtual gifting. We collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless, engaging user experiences that drive revenue growth. Our work is driven by data insights and market trends, ensuring TikTok LIVE remains a leading platform for creators to monetize their content.
Responsibilities:
-Based on in-depth understanding of the LIVE Internationalization business, assist product and operations in determining core business indicators, setting reasonable targets, and providing numerical management references for the LIVE Internationalization business;
-Starting from a global perspective, connect different business modules, establish an overall analysis and diagnosis framework, and conduct comprehensive attribution analysis on the abnormal fluctuations of core indicators;
-Conduct in-depth analysis of key business issues, propose solutions, and drive their implementation;
-Collaborate with regions, and from the perspective of the Mid-Platform, use tools such as indicators, analytical frameworks, and strategies to assist regional operations teams in jointly achieving business goals.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
-5 years of experience in business analysis, strategic analysis, or strategic operations;
-Graduated from the Statistics major, have strong quantitative analysis capabilities, be familiar with common data statistics and analysis methods, and be familiar with common database tools such as SQL;
-Have dual work experience in consulting firms and internet companies;
-Strong learning ability, capable of independently undertaking the planning and output of requirements such as analysis reports;
Preferred Qualification:
-Interest in the global online pan-entertainment industry (such as LIVE, social media, gaming, etc.), with preference given to those with relevant experience;
