About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and analytical Senior Business Analyst to play a critical role in our digital transformation journey with regional responsibilities. As a key member of the digital operations team, you will be responsible for analyzing current business processes, building and maintaining a multi-year roadmap, identifying opportunities for digital transformation, and working closely with stakeholders to implement innovative solutions that optimize operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Roadmap: Work with stakeholders across various departments to build, maintain, and execute a multi-year roadmap to deliver benefits.
- Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders across various departments to gather and document detailed business requirements for digital transformation initiatives.
- Process Analysis: Analyze existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement through digitalization.
- Solution Design and Implementation: Collaborate with IT and operations teams to design and implement digital solutions that address business and operational needs, leveraging technologies such as automation, AI, and data analytics.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data to provide insights on operational performance, identify trends, and recommend data-driven improvements to support digital transformation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business units, IT, Operations, and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the transformation process.
- Change Management: Support the adoption of new digital tools and processes by helping to develop training materials and conducting workshops for end-users.
- Testing & Validation: Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that digital solutions meet business and operational requirements and are ready for deployment.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor the effectiveness of implemented digital solutions and propose enhancements to drive ongoing operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on operations or digital transformation.
- Effective in building and maintaining multi-year roadmaps to deliver benefits.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement methodologies.
- Experience with digital tools and technologies, such as automation platforms and data analytics.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to identifying and addressing business and operational needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., SDLC, Agile, Scrum).
