Summary

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Senior Business Analyst to serve as the link between business goals and technical execution across our Customer Data Platform (CDP) initiatives. This role will lead discovery efforts, define use cases, evaluate MarTech maturity, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance customer data strategies and drive marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Discovery & Requirements Gathering: Lead discovery sessions to capture detailed business objectives and data requirements.
  • CDP Use Case Development: Define and refine actionable CDP use cases in partnership with business and technical stakeholders.
  • MarTech Stack Evaluation: Assess the current MarTech ecosystem to determine maturity and readiness for CDP integration.
  • Data Landscape Analysis: Review the existing data architecture to identify integration gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Data Flow Visualization: Develop high-level data flow diagrams to represent system integrations and dependencies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners (e.g., System Integrators) to ensure aligned implementation and data flow.
  • Marketing Analytics Enablement: Contribute to the design of analytics solutions, personalization strategies, and customer journey mapping.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear, well-organized documentation of use cases, architectural frameworks, and project deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in the MarTech or CDP space.
  • Deep understanding of customer data management and the broader MarTech landscape.
  • Practical experience with CDP platforms, data integration, and data flow mapping.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across functional teams.
  • Analytical thinker with a talent for translating business needs into technical requirements.
  • Skilled in creating documentation and architecture diagrams.
