Team & Position
We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our dynamic Capital Market Department!

Main Responsibilities

1. Analyze business technology requirements and specifications against value and risk of potential solutions, and identify suitable technological solutions for the business.
2. Examine interactions between system elements, system performance, and issues; design solution blueprints considering integration implications.
3. Translate business requirements and user needs into functional and technical specifications.
4. Evaluate feasibility, viability, and implications of proposed solutions and enhancements.
5. Balance requests and priorities from stakeholders to maximize organizational value.
6. Present business cases outlining benefits, efficiencies, and risks.
7. Create and maintain design documents, coding documentation, and user manuals.
8. Specify business rules for regulatory reporting, operations, and transformations.
9. Conduct functional design and testing of solutions.
10. Maintain best practices around the bank's data dictionary.
11. Collaborate with developers to define implementation specs and communicate with other IT teams on data services.
12. Support daily operations using Scrum, Jira, and Kanban techniques.
13. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes relevant to capital markets.

Qualifications and Profile

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in supporting capital market applications and trading systems. Strong knowledge of financial products (Treasury, FX, Credit, IRD, Bonds, RSF, etc.) and experience with transaction reporting regulations like MIFID2, SFTR, EMIR, CFTC, and APAC regulations. Proficiency in data analysis using SQL/Oracle/Sybase, TSQL, and JOINS; understanding of microservices, Swagger UI, UNIX scripting, data sourcing from various applications, messaging queues, and tools like Grafana, Kibana, GIT, Jira, and Agile methodologies. Excellent communication, problem-solving, documentation, and independent task handling skills. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields is required.

Additional Information

Experience in supporting capital market applications, trading systems, and regulatory reporting is essential. Knowledge of financial products and market risk/front office operations is preferred.
