Advanced proficiency with BA tools and techniques, such as use cases, user stories, process flow diagrams, and wireframes.
Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with experience in both project management approaches.
Solid understanding of data analysis, metrics, and reporting, with the ability to derive actionable insights.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and other business analysis documentation tools.
