Job summary

Lancesoft is hiring an IT Business Engineer Lead for Core Banking with Temenos Transact (T24) expertise. The role focuses on leading requirements, analysis, and design for Core Banking in a Private Banking context, coordinating between business users, IT teams and external vendors.

The candidate should drive end-to-end project implementation including data migration, testing, training and production releases, while maintaining risk-aware and compliant solutions.

We're Hiring | IT Business Engineer Lead – Core Banking (Temenos T24)

Domain: Core Banking – Private Banking

• Lead and coordinate business requirement gathering, analysis and functional solution design for Core Banking projects.
• Analyse existing business processes and recommend scalable, efficient and risk-conscious solutions.
• Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, data mapping documents, migration plans, reporting requirements and user guides.
• Act as the key liaison between business users, IT teams, internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Drive end-to-end project implementation, covering development, testing, data migration, user training and production releases.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clarity of requirements, dependencies and impact assessments.
• Coordinate system enhancements and ensure timely delivery with high-quality standards.
• Drive and advise on Product Life Workflows (PLWs) and new business processes for application implementations.
• Maintain project documentation, change logs, status reports and proactively elevate risks and issues.
• Ensure all system solutions comply with business requirements, regulatory standards and operational risk frameworks.
• 12–15 years of experience in IT Business Analysis, System Engineering and Core Banking, preferably within the Private Banking domain.
• Strong hands‑on functional expertise in Temenos Transact (T24).
• Good understanding of Private Banking products and exposure to Transact modules such as :AA – Arrangement Architecture, MD – Money Market / Deposits, SC – Securities, DX – Derivatives, SY – Securities / related system functionality
• Strong experience in Credit Products, including Mortgage, Lombard Loans
• Knowledge of Derivatives, including Options and Structured Products.
• Good understanding of Securities products, including Equities, Fixed Income and Funds.
