Your role

Are you passionate about driving digital transformation and automation? Do you thrive in a multicultural environment and enjoy working on complex projects? As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the digitalization journey within P&C Operations (PCO). This includes moving away from manual processes through simplification and automation, assisting with simple automations like macros, and building execution reports. Additionally, you will gain insights into ADO APAC in IT product management and manage the PCO parts of major migration projects such as the upcoming ServiceNow migration, Contact Center successor platform migration, and archive migration.

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will:

•lead efforts to streamline and automate business processes

•develop and implement simple automations, such as macros, and create execution reports

•contribute to various projects aimed at enhancing digitalization within PCO

•model and analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.

•manage IT system (ServiceNow, MCCS, and Archive) migration projects

•collaborate with ADO APAC in IT Product Management to enhance project outcomes

•build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and manage their expectations

Your experience and skills:

•3- 8 years of experience in financial services, with a strong background in business analysis.

•minimum Master’s degree in Business Information Systems or a similar field

•familiarity and comprehension of processes in PCO Switzerland processes

•experience in RPA automation, including simple automations like macros and building execution reports

•Strong project management skills: planning, coordination, resource management, and risk assessment for large projects

•outstanding communication skills to mediate between development, operations, QA, business stakeholders, and senior management, especially in international or multicultural environments

•shows initiative and dedicated commitment

•strong interpersonal skills and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organization

•excellent time management and the ability to oversee multiple projects in parallel

•ability to act as an escalation point and remain calm and solution-oriented in critical situations

•highly aware of quality in the context of compliance and quality assurance

•ensuring that all projects meet regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements

•experience with 24/7 operations and globally distributed teams is a real advantage

•knowledge and deep understanding of AI and cloud technology
