A leading facilities management company is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee building operations, maintenance, and tenant relations. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Building Management and relevant experience in commercial settings, managing both budget and facilities effectively.
Summary:
Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm
UP$4000-$4800
$80 Mobile Allowance

Responsibilities:
Daily inspection of the building to ensure that it is in satisfactory and serviceable condition, and where necessary, follow up with rectifications or recommendations to the Management.
Security management, cleaning, landscape, waste management, irrigation system, lifting system, carpark system, building defects and repair, etc. and overseeing the fire & safety matters.
Control and manage the use of common amenities and facilities in the building.
Ensure building components are serviced regularly by term contractors according to schedule and scope of work.
Coordinate with the M&E team on the required testing or inspection to be carried out during the unit's fit-out and reinstatement work.
Act as Company’s Emergency Response Team (CERT) member.
Budget control and preparation for operations and capital expenditures.
Liaise with the public, tenants and relevant authorities on the required implementation of improvement works.
Assist in contract administration and procurement of goods and services, manage and maintain proper records, files of correspondence, documents and materials about building and contractors.
Creating and maintaining good rapport with tenants and attending to their feedback and attending to emergencies when the need arises.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Building Management & Services or equivalent studies
At least 2-5 years of relevant experiences in facilities management, preferably for commercial buildings
Candidates with fewer years of experience will be considered for Executive role
