A leading bakery in Singapore is seeking dedicated individuals for Senior Baker and Baker roles. Candidates will create artisanal baked goods while maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety. We are looking for dedicated and skilled individuals to join our team as a Senior Baker and Baker. You take part in crafting a wide range of artisanal baked goods such as sourdough, croissants, bagels, and more. The ideal candidates are hands-on, quality-focused, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
PKey Responsibilities
Accurately measure, mix, and shape ingredients according to established recipes
Maintain high standards during mixing, proofing, shaping, and baking processes
Prepare a wide variety of artisan baked goods, including sourdough, viennoiserie, and specialty breads
Ensure equipment and baking area are clean, organized, and well-maintained
Uphold food hygiene and safety standards at all times
Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a smooth kitchen flow
Additional Responsibilities for Senior Baker
Minimum 2 years of relevant bakery experience
Responsible for stock counting and inventory management in the kitchen
Guide and support junior team members when needed
Proven ability inartisan bread and pastry techniques (sourdough experience a plus)
Strong understanding of baking processes and timing
Food Hygiene and Safety Certification (mandatory)
High sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability
Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
Willingness to work weekends (no public holiday work)
Full-Time: 5 days per week
Lunch allowance provided
Off on public holidays
