A leading company in the beauty and FMCG sector seeks a Senior Brand and Operations Executive to play a key role in regional communication and operational support across ASEAN. The role entails overseeing inventory management, providing analytical insights, and facilitating collaboration among diverse local teams to achieve sales and profit targets. As the RHQ Daily Beauty Senior Brand and Operations Executive, you will play a key role in facilitating communication and collaboration among six ASEAN countries. Your primary responsibility will be to support the various local Daily Beauty teams to achieve their sales and profit target. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing the APLAN system, a critical tool that supports the local teams in effectively managing healthy inventory levels.
Job Description
Act as the primary liaison and communicator for Daily Beauty teams across six ASEAN countries.
Facilitate communication and collaborate with HQ, HQ GM Team, RHQ and local DB teams to ensure smooth execution of plans and strategies.
Oversee inventory through the internal system and related reports, ensuring accurate stock forecasting while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, new brand entrance to gain insights, identifying potential risks and challenges.
Provide critical data analysis and insights to assist the DB teams in their sales and profit targets achievement.
Responsible for managing various reports, including Daily Sales, Monthly Health Board, Retail Sales Performance, E-commerce Campaign Tracking Reports etc.
Translate brand directions, reports, and notices from HQ or RHQ, and share them with local teams to ensure strategies and guidelines alignment across all countries.
Utilize AI to create and manage brand-consistent content across multiple countries, ensuring operational efficiency, localization, and global brand alignment.
Coordinate monthly regional meetings, ensure timely communication of meeting times and agendas.
Support the Regional Brand Manager in compiling the monthly business report and addressing other critical ad-hoc reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and business understanding.
Experience in FMCG, Beauty or Retail Industry is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively under pressure, while adapting to a fast-paced environment and driven to make a meaningful impact.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Korean is a plus for translation and certain communication responsibilities.
