About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Brand Executive to join our marketing team at CP Foods Singapore Pte Ltd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic development and execution of our brand initiatives, ensuring consistent and impactful brand positioning across all touchpoints. Based in the Paya Lebar East Region, you will play a crucial role in elevating our brand presence and connecting with our target audience.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement trade marketing plan to strengthen brand identity and sales

  • Monitor and analyse brand performance with key accounts; identifying opportunities for sales improvement in all channels

  • Work with internal and external partners for development of the overall trade marketing strategy

  • Manage the creation and deployment of company'ssocial media presence, focusing on product awareness, engagement and improve performance metrics.

  • Stay up-to-date with trends and work with external agencies to produce compelling social content.

    What we're looking for

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in brand management or a related marketing role, preferably within the FMCG industry

  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing brand strategies

  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools.

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
