Job summary

Teneriffe Property Management Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to take ownership of design output across our brands and properties. You will translate briefs into campaigns and ensure brand consistency across touchpoints.

You will manage artwork through production, collaborate with marketing, capture product visuals, and contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions. A strong portfolio and 5+ years in graphic design are expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Min. 5 years of graphic design experience, in-house or agency.
• Strong portfolio showing campaign, print and/or packaging work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus; Canva familiarity.
• Organized and able to manage multiple brands and projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop visual concepts for campaigns, from brief to final artwork.
• Maintain brand guidelines and templates across the Group's brands.
• Manage print production end-to-end: specs, quotes, proofs, QC.
• Liaise with printers, photographers and freelancers.
• Support social media content and campaign visuals.
• Take simple product shots and produce short-form video content.
• Present design concepts to management.
• Review and guide junior designers and interns.
