About the team:

At Aspire, we are on a mission to establish ourselves as the unrivaled #1 Finance Operating System for businesses in APAC. Our Marketing team is at the forefront of this exciting journey, playing a pivotal role in building our brand, acquiring new customers, and nurturing existing relationships. Our Marketing team looks at crafting and executing marketing strategies to resonate with our target audience, and also to scale the acquisition of new users by identifying untapped channels and optimizing conversions. We’re creating a brand new growth role to head up Content Marketing at Aspire.

About the role:

As our first Brand Content Manager, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape our mission to grow as a distinguished voice in the industry. From inception to delivery, we’re looking for someone who can take charge of all things content to create the quality, impactful types of media our customers deserve.

  • Develop and execute a strategic content vision that fuels brand growth, deepens audience engagement and drives measurable business impact
  • Lead the content creation process—from governance and tone of voice to quality control—ensuring every piece aligns with Aspire’s brand and values
  • Oversee content distribution across relevant platforms, optimizing for reach, engagement and resonance with our ICPs
    Define and own Aspire’s thought leadership strategy, crafting industry-leading content that builds trust and cements our authority
  • Plan, launch and scale high-impact content initiatives ranging from podcasts and YouTube series to newsletters and social campaigns
  • Grow brand awareness and loyalty by creating content that differentiates Aspire in the B2B space and strengthens customer relationships
  • Support lead generation and demand capture by aligning content initiatives with marketing and growth objectives
  • Identify and own distinctive content pillars, ensuring Aspire’s messages stand out in the crowded fintech landscape (and vary appropriately across channels)
  • Establish a high-performing content production engine, balancing creativity with operational efficiency to scale output without compromising quality
  • Build and lead a world-class content team, fostering a culture of storytelling excellence and innovation

This role is for someone with an intuitive knack for storytelling, an editorial mindset, and the ability to turn complex ideas into compelling narratives. If you’re passionate about crafting content that not only informs but inspires, we’d love to hear from you.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience with content, including managing and scaling a team of writers
  • You should have a scrappy mindset, ideally gained from working in startups or agencies where timelines are tight, and adaptability is key. Your ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment will be essential for driving quick yet thoughtful content execution.
  • Exceptional writing and editorial chops, and a portfolio that shows this off.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A strong preference for candidates with B2B experience, especially in fintech or related sectors, and the ability to lead teams across different geographies. Managing diverse content needs for different regions while maintaining brand consistency will be critical to the role.
