Position Overview

The Senior Brand & Digital Consultant will develop and execute advanced talent branding, attraction, and engagement strategies to help clients improve the quality of hire, boost talent performance, and enhance the employer brand. This role is revenue-generating and requires proficiency in delivering all Brand Practices products and services. It operates within the Global Brand, Digital, and Communications Practice, offering a chance to be at the forefront of the industry.

Location & Hours

Location: Bangalore, with occasional presence in the office (flexible, not standard hours). Office hours: IST.

Responsibilities
  1. Scope, convert, and manage project delivery in the range of $25K-$100K, including competitor reviews, photoshoots, filming, integrated campaigns, and components of large brand projects.
  2. Understand invoicing, accounting, reporting, and ensure high-quality outputs for complex programs, research, brand strategy, creative design, and tactical campaigns.
  3. Build high visibility and reputation with internal stakeholders, leading to client development opportunities.
  4. Write strategic creative briefs with limited oversight, supporting the sharpening of propositions with Brand Strategy leaders.
  5. Contribute to internal and external thought leadership through blogs, white papers, and webinars.
  6. Gather market and talent intelligence to develop targeted marketing strategies.
  7. Measure and maximize ROI on projects, ensuring proper campaign tracking and reporting, providing key insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field; high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Extensive experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing (RPO/In-House or Agency).
  • Strong understanding of talent marketing, EVP/employer brand strategy, advertising, social media, and recruitment marketing technology.
  • Ability to translate best practices into practical solutions and products.
Additional Skills & Abilities

Proficiency in social media, digital media research analytics, business writing, MS Office, and communication skills. Experience in recruitment marketing, headhunting, and employer branding strategies is also required.
