Health Sciences Authority (HSA) Blood Services invites applications for roles in the Blood Resources Division. The positions involve first-point contact with donors at collection centres, handling inquiries, booking follow-ups, and performing phlebotomy-related tasks in a dynamic team.

Successful candidates will be trained and deployed to designated blood bank sites, with shift-based schedules (morning/afternoon/weekend).

Qualifications

• GCE N/O Level or equivalent; willingness to roster across mornings, afternoons and weekends.
• Phlebotomy skills and/or 2+ years of related work experience.
• Willing to be deployed to Bloodbanks at OnePunggol, Woodlands or Dhoby Ghaut.

Responsabilités

• Handle donor inquiries and assist with next appointment bookings.
• Register donors and perform phlebotomy linking.
• Conduct haemoglobin tests and manage blood bags and sample tubes.
• Support blood collection operations and administrative follow-up.
