Job summary

Sanofi Singapore is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Support Engineer to provide technical SME expertise for Upstream/Downstream processes during EVF project startup and steady-state production. You will lead troubleshooting, CQV-related activities, DeltaV/MES workflow definitions, and drive continuous improvements to enhance reliability and cost-effectiveness.

You will work with cross-functional teams on site at Tuas, ensuring compliance with cGMP and quality standards while supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related Engineering or Science
• 8+ years of cGMP biopharmaceutical facility experience
• Experience with DeltaV and MES; familiarity with Single Use Systems

Responsibilities

• Identify root causes of technical problems and resolve to ensure process and equipment availability (Deviation/CAPA/Change Control owner)
• Lead cross-functional teams in process risk/gap assessments, investigations, deviations, change controls and CAPA
• Assist troubleshooting of equipment breakdowns and failures; support manufacturing operations with technical expertise
• Lead / participate in continuous improvements to enhance reliability and cost-effectiveness
