Job summary

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of BIM experience, preferably with A1 main contractors, and strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. With a solid track record in delivering high-quality results, our client is hiring 3X Senior BIM Modeller to support their mixed-used and MRT projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage BIM models, shop drawings, and construction detailing in accordance with project requirements, specifications, and coordination workflows.

• Collaborate closely with consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure model accuracy and construction feasibility.

• Coordinate and integrate multi-disciplinary models to identify and resolve clashes through BIM coordination processes.

• Support the construction team in extracting construction sequences, quantities, and technical details from models to facilitate site execution.

• Attend coordination meetings with consultants and stakeholders to ensure alignment of BIM deliverables with project milestones.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum tertiary education in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of BIM experience, experience with A1 Main Contractors is preferred.

• Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD modeling.

• Familiar with Singapore construction codes and project workflows.
