Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is looking for an M&E Coordinator to design and draft layouts and coordination drawings. The successful candidate will work on site execution support and be involved in project planning, requiring strong technical and coordination skills. This role demands relevant experience in M&E coordination and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, MEP, BIM, or a related field.
• At least 5 years relevant experience in M&E coordination and drafting.
• Proficient in Revit and CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Design and draft MEP layouts, sectional details, and plant room drawings.
• Prepare detailed coordination drawings for site execution.
• Support Project Managers and Engineers in site coordination.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Design and draft MEP layouts, sectional details, plant room drawings, and space management plans

• Prepare detailed coordination drawings for site execution

• Develop and update shop drawings and As-Built drawings using Revit and AutoCAD

• Extract and interpret information from architectural, structural, and other related drawings

• Support Project Managers and Engineers in site coordination, project planning, and attend site visits or meetings as required.

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, MEP, BIM, or a related field

• At least 5 of relevant experience in M&E coordination and drafting.

• Proficient in Revit and CAD software.

• Strong coordination skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

• Strong technical knowledge in ACMV / HVAC systems.

• Prior hands-on experience with M&E contractors is highly preferred.

• Must be proficient in interpreting and producing M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) drawings

• Exposure to government projects is a plus.
