Job description

    You will be responsible for senior-level decision-making, overseeing both day-to-day management and providing strategic direction to the organization. Your role will involve managing scale, designing and implementing large-scale projects, change management, and people management. You should have a deep understanding of the USA Bench Sales industry and experience in acquiring a bench of OPT, H1B, USC, Green Card candidates. Streamlining the process of acquiring new candidates to placement will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will need experience in US job background checks and onboarding processes, as well as knowledge of all US tax terms. Your negotiation skills should be top-notch as you will work closely with the CEO to execute strategies for fast company growth. Managing the India office and maintaining discipline within the office environment will also be part of your duties. You will be expected to meet targets and work diligently to achieve company goals.Supporting the conceptualization and design of Bench Sales strategic initiatives, driving business needs for Talent Management, Organization Effectiveness, and designing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals will be crucial. You will develop and implement people strategies to meet short-term goals and prepare a foundation for sustainable growth. Facilitating employee development activities, designing a reward and recognition framework, managing performance reviews, and creating an engaging work environment will also be part of your responsibilities.In return, you will receive a competitive salary ranging from INR 15LPA to INR 25LPA along with performance-based incentives, medical insurance, and provident fund.
