Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Behaviour Therapist to join our team. You will work directly with clients, implementing ABA programs designed to address behavioral challenges, enhance communication skills, and improve daily living skills.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct one-on-one or group therapy sessions with clients in various settings, centre-based, school-based, and/or home-based sessions as allocated.
  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans with supervision.
  • Utilize ABA behavioural therapy techniques to target and reinforce positive behaviour.
  • Perform school shadow as and when required.
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior during sessions.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to support client goals.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to review client progress and update treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and progress reports.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to English and Mandarin speaking clients and their families to reinforce positive behavior changes.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education or early childhood.
  • Commit to work 5-day week (Tuesday to Saturday) filled with purpose and passion.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant ABA experiences
  • Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Possess a creative, fun-loving and energetic disposition to engage, play and interact with children.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
