Affinity Cosmetics Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Beauty Sales Consultant (Retail) to join our team at multiple locations around Singapore. You will engage customers, demonstrate skincare products, and drive personal sales targets within a dynamic retail environment.

We value a proactive, customer-focused approach. You must be able to stand for long hours, work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays. Training is provided by international professionals, with opportunities to grow and build

Qualifications

• Minimum prior beauty retail experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of skincare and beauty products.
• Strong customer service mindset and positive attitude.
• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and be trained by professionals.

Responsibilities

• Roster planning and staff coordination.
• Meetings at office once a week.
• Stand for long hours and commit to retail hours.
• Work on weekends and public holidays.
• Aggressive selling and doorstep customer approaches.
• Achieve individual monthly sales targets in a team setting.
• Demonstrate and promote skincare products.
• Build strong relationships with clients.
• Assist daily store operations and stock tally.
