Job Responsibilities:
- Perform a comprehensive range of facial, body slimming, and wellness treatments, including TCM-based therapies and advanced aesthetic procedures.
- Conduct thorough consultations and skin/body assessments to recommend suitable treatments and products.
- Customize treatment plans to meet individual client needs and ensure optimal results.
- Provide excellent customer service, building strong and lasting client relationships.
- Maintain high hygiene, safety, and service quality standards.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, home care routines, and lifestyle advice.
- Mentor and support junior therapists, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Help achieve monthly sales targets for treatments, packages, and retail products.
- Keep accurate records of client progress and follow up on their satisfaction.
- Stay updated on beauty and slimming trends, products, and technologies.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in beauty, slimming, or wellness treatments.
- Recognized certifications in beauty therapy, aesthetics, or slimming treatments.
