Job summary

You will conduct detailed skin analyses, tailor treatments and products to client needs, maintain strict hygiene and safety, manage VIP client interactions, and drive sales through upselling beauty packages and retail products.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in the beauty industry focused on advanced treatments and client care.
• Leadership skills to supervise and develop junior staff effectively.
• Strong knowledge of skin care, beauty products, and treatment techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Sales-driven with ability to meet targets and contribute to business growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced beauty treatments including facials, skin therapy, body treatments, waxing, threading, manicure/pedicure, and spa services.
• Perform detailed skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Maintain high hygiene, safety and sanitation per regulations.
• Lead and mentor junior beauticians and therapists to improve skills and service quality.
• Handle VIP clients and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment and inventory for readiness.
• Upsell and cross-sell beauty packages and products to hit sales targets.
• Contribute to developing new treatments, promotions and service packages.
• Monitor service quality to ensure excellent customer experiences.
• Support daily salon operations and assist the manager to keep workflow smooth.
