Job Scope:

As part of a high performing team, work together with the team members to ensure customers are your priority at every point of contact and to achieve sales target.

Book appointments over the phone and serve walk-in based on availability.

Understand customer's needs and wants and perform professional consultation to recommend company’s treatments and products.

Follow up with patients on their treatments and remind them of their treatments.

Monitor and evaluate ways to meet sales targets.

Required to comply with all workplace health and safety standards.

Maintain excellent after-sales relationships with customers.

Read and comply with all company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a range of beauty treatments, including facials, hair removal and more.

Offer personalized consultations and recommend appropriate treatments based on clients’ needs.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the salon and treatment areas.

Stay up to date with the latest beauty trends and techniques to enhance service offerings.

Build strong, professional relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Requirements:

Min 1 year experience in Aesthetics / Beauty industries.

Sales oriented and customer focus.

Good knowledge of beauty treatments and products (e.g. for skin care and treatment).

Service-oriented with self-motivation for achieving sales targets.

Team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Good work attitude and willingness to learn.

Work hours:

Weekday 11am-9pm ; weekends and PH 10am-7pm

Annual leave up to 14 days
