Key Responsibilities:

1. Beauty Services & TreatmentsPerform a range of beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, and massages.
   Provide advanced skincare treatments and makeup applications.
   Recommend suitable products and treatments based on client needs.
2. Customer Service & ConsultationConduct detailed beauty consultations with clients.
   Address customer concerns and provide personalized beauty solutions.
   Maintain strong client relationships and encourage repeat visits.
3. Supervision & Team LeadershipTrain and mentor junior beauticians.
   Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
   Ensure all beauty treatments are performed to high professional standards.
4. Salon Operations & HygieneMaintain cleanliness and organization in treatment areas.

Job Requirements:

1. Education & Experience:Diploma or certification in cosmetology, beauty therapy, or a related field.

   Specialized training in advanced beauty treatments (e.g., skin treatments, laser, microdermabrasion) is a plus.
