Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand Partnerships: Grow payment acquiring and orchestration collaborations with top global merchants into new industries and Asian markets. Identify new opportunities for our payment, marketing, and financial services.
  • Drive Regional Growth: Develop and execute a business plan to grow Antom's presence among Southeast Asia-based merchants in key sectors.
  • Boost Brand Awareness: Promote Antom's solutions to increase visibility and industry influence.
  • Build Strategic Relationships: Secure support from senior leaders at major merchant accounts to unlock new partnerships.
  • Ensure Compliance: Address regulatory issues and keep operations aligned with evolving legal requirements.
  • Leverage Local Insights: Use market trends and insights to lead cross-functional teams, enhance Antom's product offerings, and improve user experience and business performance on global platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with industry leaders and grow strategic accounts
  • Self-motivated, independent, and innovative
  • Solid understanding of the payments industry, especially online payments and merchant acquiring
  • Strategic thinker who can turn big-picture goals into clear action plans
  • Team player who can inspire collaboration and drive results
