Job summary

A hospitality service provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced F&B professional to build customer relations and manage wine and cocktail preparations. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years in F&B, knowledge of wine and classic cocktails, and a mandatory food safety certification. This role operates on a 5-day work week, with a focus on delivering quality service and managing guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in F&B establishments focusing on wine or cocktail.
• Working knowledge of wine regions, grape varietals, and classic cocktail recipes.
• Food Safety Certification is a MUST.
• Experience in back-of-house operations is a plus.

• Build and maintain relationships with customers.

• Monitor purchasing and receiving procedures for quality control.
• Address member and guest complaints effectively.

• Involve in basic food preparation and duties (Mainly bar snacks)
• Monitors purchasing and receiving procedures for products and supplies to ensure proper quantity, quality and price for all purchases
• Addresses member and guest complaints and feedback and advises duty manager on corrective actions taken

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in F&B establishments focusing on wine or cocktail
• Working knowledge of wine (regions, grape varietals, taste notes) or classic cocktail recipes and preparation
• Keen learner, self-motivated, independent and able to work within tight deadlines and under pressure
• Experience in back-of-house operations is a plus
• Food Safety Certification is a MUST
