Job Title: Senior Bartender
Monthly Salary: UP to $4000 (Negotiable)
Working Address: Multiple locations

Working hours: 5 days, 44hours a week.

Responsibilities and duties
Be a part of one of our restaurants and grow with us:
- Be able to create cocktails from the cocktail menu
- Curate new cocktails in line with the flavours of the restaurant
- Service directly at tables during busy period, paying extreme attention to detail
- Satisfying guest requests in a timely manner
- Assessing customer preferences and making beverage recommendations
- Providing a positive, personalised and friendly guest experience
- Maintain COGS
- Assisting with turning tables during service
- Support floor duties
- Handle administrative duties

Qualification and Requirements
- Experience as a bar personnel.
- Good beverage knowledge, including wines and sake
- Creativity to be able to curate interesting and progressive cocktail program
- Inventory management and weekly control of stock
- Great personality to interact and interface with customers.
