Job summary

ANTAS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Banking Systems Analyst with 10+ years in IT to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

You will coordinate with business, operations and technology teams to deliver banking and wealth management solutions. The role covers wealth management, investment banking, and capital markets apps, end-to-end trade lifecycle, regulatory reporting like EMIR, MiFIR, ESG, and collaboration across front, middle, and back

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience in Banking/ Financial Services/ Wealth Management.
• 5+ years in Business Analysis / Systems Analysis.
• Experience with Wealth Management, Banking or Capital Markets applications.
• Hands-on requirements gathering, user stories, functional specifications and UAT.
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting including EMIR, MiFIR and ESG-related requirements.
• Experience with T24 / Core Banking or Wealth Management platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL and REST APIs / Postman.
• Experience coordinating with business, operations, development and testing teams.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, operations, and technology teams to define and deliver banking solutions.
• Support Wealth Management, Investment Banking, and Capital Markets applications.
• Analyse and validate order management and end-to-end trade lifecycle across front, middle, and back office systems.
• Support regulatory reporting initiatives, including EMIR, MiFIR, and ESG-related requirements.
• Work with financial products, including Equities, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds, FX and Derivatives.
• Support integration and data validation across upstream, downstream and external systems.
• Coordinate UAT, test planning, defect resolution and production implementation.
• Prepare business requirements, functional specifications, process flows and solution documentation.
• Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure solutions meet business and functional requirements.
• Support application migration, system integration and digital transformation initiatives.
• Use SQL and API tools such as Postman for data validation, system analysis and integration testing.
• Work with Agile delivery teams and participate in requirement refinement, sprint planning and stakeholder discussions.
