INFRASOFT Technologies PTE LTD seeks an experienced Business Analyst for banking and wealth management implementations. You will analyze requirements, document workflows, lead workshops, and ensure data quality, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting readiness.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years as a BA, strong communication, and thrives in high-pressure environments with cross-region collaboration.

Qualifications

Should have worked as Business analyst at least for 8+ years.
Hands on experience in Financial Accounting, Liquidity Management, Credit-risk, Regulatory Reporting, Core banking, Data quality, Finance closing and recon.
Demonstrable experience in Banking Wealth Management industry.
Good knowledge of WM investment product life cycle.
Strong understanding of information flow across financial services/banks.
Experience in Accounting/Finance system implementation lifecycle.
Experience across entire IT project life cycle: requirements, workshops, testing, stakeholder management.
Able to prioritize and execute tasks in high pressure environments.
Able to conduct workshops with business teams and challenge requirements.
Collaborate across regions; strong problem solving and communication skills.
BA background with PM transition considered a value add.

Responsibilities

Experience working throughout the entire IT project life cycle; including analyzing and documenting requirements, workshops, testing and stakeholder management throughout.
