Qualifications

• 4+ years of backend development building enterprise-grade systems.
• Strong Java expertise with Spring and REST APIs.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and caching solutions.
• Expertise in concurrency, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Excellent debugging and cross-team communication in English and Chinese.
