ABOUT US

Bright Point Capital Pte Ltd is a Registered Fund Management Company in Singapore regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). We are currently looking to expand our team in asset & portfolio management for one of our funds, Theme International Trading.

Theme International Trading is a Singapore collective investment fund that invests and trades in listed financial instruments to achieve high risk-adjusted returns. The team of portfolio managers focuses on market-making listed products across different asset classes on global exchanges. We are currently seeking motivated individuals with entrepreneurial mindset to join our trading desks.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend systems using ASP.NET Core, with a focus on financial applications such as market data pipelines and back-office operations.
• Collaborate with software engineers, system architects, product managers, and traders to deliver robust, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and gRPC-based microservices that power internal systems.
• Deploy applications to production environments and provide ongoing post-deployment support and issue resolution.
• Mentor junior engineers by providing technical guidance, code reviews, and architectural input.

Job Requirements

· Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a backend engineer.

· Expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core.

· Deep understanding of relational databases, SQL performance optimization, and schema design.

· Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming, concurrency models, and backend scalability patterns.

· Proven experience designing and building microservices with REST and gRPC interfaces.

· Hands-on experience with containerization and Kubernetes in production environments.

· Solid background in building and supporting distributed systems with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability.
