Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design and implement backend microservices, bi-directional data synchronisation services, and RESTful APIs. You will provide technical guidance, shape API architecture, and ensure solutions align with established standards.

The role involves overseeing API contracts, integration patterns, CI/CD automation, and collaboration with developers and technical leads to maintain quality and scalability across the platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in backend development or integration architecture.
• Strong knowledge of microservices and RESTful API development.
• Experience with OpenAPI specifications and API gateway technologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Ability to design scalable backend systems and ensure architecture compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design and support backend integration architecture and API contracts.
• Provide technical guidance for developing bi-directional data synchronisation microservices.
• Oversee the development and integration of approximately 80 RESTful API endpoints.
• Define and review microservices architecture and integration patterns.
• Support CI/CD pipeline configuration and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with developers and technical leads to ensure solution quality.
• Ensure backend services comply with internal architecture and technical standards.
