Job summary

Ensign InfoSecurity is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager in Singapore to drive strategic account growth, executive engagement initiatives, and flagship industry presence. You will own end-to-end marketing programmes that expand pipeline, strengthen enterprise relationships, and elevate brand positioning in the market.

The ideal candidate is a full-stack B2B marketer who combines strategic thinking with strong execution and project management capabilities, capable of leading large-scale events

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of B2B marketing experience in technology or enterprise environments.
• Experience in growth marketing, ABM, or enterprise marketing.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale events and executive-level engagements.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and results orientation.
• Ability to operate independently and manage multiple concurrent initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic account growth and executive engagement across strategic and enterprise accounts.
• Design and execute targeted account-based marketing initiatives.
• Lead executive engagement programmes, including curated forums and tailored briefings.
• Oversee EBC programme planning and experience delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-impact, account-aligned sessions.
• Translate engagement initiatives into measurable pipeline growth.
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of flagship industry events, conferences, and executive forums.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and physical channels.
• Manage communications assets, timelines, and campaign alignment with business priorities.
• Define success metrics and deliver structured reporting to senior leadership.
