Job summary

Zenith Infotech (S) PTE LTD. seeks an experienced IT infrastructure professional to support and maintain AWS-based systems, ensure security, and drive continuous improvement of cloud and EAI platforms.

You will collaborate with project teams, security, and operations to deliver reliable, scalable services for internal and external data exchanges. The role requires hands-on experience with AWS Compute, RDS, DynamoDB, VPC, and related tools, plus strong Linux/Windows server skills and security

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure maintenance.
• Experience managing Microsoft Windows and/or Red Hat/Linux Server in a cloud environment (3+ years).
• Strong understanding of security practices in server, database, and network environments.
• Good communication, project management, and analytical/problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot, and resolve IT issues.
• Implement system upgrades and enhancements.
• Support data exchanges within intranet and with external entities.
• Manage escalation processes and perform service recovery for incidents.
• Conduct internal security reviews and assist in audits.
• Support user projects involving infrastructure acquisitions and evaluations.
• Review capacity and forecast needs for growth and obsolescence.
• Upgrade systems in a timely manner.
• Ensure security across servers, databases, and networks.
• Assist in planning and testing of the IT Disaster Recovery Plan.
• Identify new technologies to improve robustness and resilience.
• Adhere to internal processes and security controls.
