Job summary

User Experience Researchers Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Senior ICT Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, automate, and support secure cloud platforms, primarily on AWS. You will drive automation, IAM hardening, and multi-account governance across enterprise environments.

The role requires hands-on AWS experience, Terraform/Ansible IaC, CI/CD, and strong collaboration with cybersecurity and vendor teams to deliver resilient infrastructure and reliable production support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in ICT infrastructure, cloud engineering, DevOps, systems engineering, or infrastructure operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud infrastructure.
• Solid knowledge of Terraform/Ansible and IaC or configuration management technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD and source-control platforms such as GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Good understanding of cloud security, IAM, vulnerability management, system hardening, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provision and manage AWS cloud infrastructure across multi-account environments.
• Develop and maintain IaC and automate provisioning, patching, and operations.
• Build and support CI/CD and DevOps workflows with security integration.
• Monitor availability, performance, and security; perform root cause analysis.
• Implement infrastructure security controls and support remediation and audit requirements.
• Support migration, modernization, resilience, backups, and high availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams; provide guidance, SOPs, and best practices.
