Job summary

USER EXPERIENCE RESEARCHERS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Cloud Developer to design, implement, automate, and support secure cloud infrastructure on AWS. You will collaborate with application, security, network, and operations teams to deliver reliable solutions.

The role requires deep expertise in cloud platforms, IaC, cloud networking, security, and production operations, with hands-on experience across multi-account AWS environments and tools like Terraform and Ansible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise AWS cloud environments.
• Strong expertise in AWS architecture and core services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation).
• Experience with Singapore Government GCC/GCC+ environments is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, provision, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure across multi-account environments.
• Automate provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, Python, and AWS Systems Manager.
• Troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure, networking, deployment, and automation issues; perform root cause analysis.
• Implement cloud security requirements and support remediation of security and audit findings.
• Monitor and improve cloud availability, performance, resilience, security, and cost efficiency.
• Develop and maintain cloud architecture documentation, standards, and runbooks.
• Collaborate with application, cybersecurity, network, and vendor teams to translate requirements into secure cloud solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers and participate in architecture reviews.
