Qualifications

8–15+ years experience in Banking tech or financial services IT.
Core banking modernization or migration programs experience.
Strong hands-on AWS architecture & development.
Python programming with cloud-native apps and data pipelines.
Experience delivering demos/PoCs under time pressure.
Client-facing solution design and pre-sales exposure.

Responsibilities

Lead modernization of core banking systems (lending, payments, deposits, investments).
Design cloud-native architectures on AWS with microservices & event-driven patterns.
Build rapid prototypes and live demos for client engagements.
Integrate AI/data capabilities into core banking platforms.
Lead workshops, pre-sales discussions and live demo sessions with stakeholders.
