Pratt & Whitney Singapore, an RTX business, seeks an engineer to lead industrialization of new products and repair processes. You will own value streams, ensuring seamless integration into operations and driving process quality, consistency, and repeatability.

You will develop repair procedures, collaborate on tooling, and support equipment installation for new product introduction, while partnering with engine OEMs on data reviews and technology transfer.

Qualificações

• Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Materials Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in aviation.
• Ability to interpret engine maintenance manuals, drawings and blueprints into work instructions.
• Knowledge of applicable aviation airworthiness standards and regulatory requirements.
• Experience developing, reviewing, and revising technical work instructions and repair procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead new product and repair process industrialization from concept to full-scale production.
• Own assigned product value streams and integrate new processes into operations.
• Develop and implement robust repair processes with controls for quality and repeatability.
• Create repair procedures and work instructions aligned with RPSW requirements.
• Collaborate on tooling and fixtures design with contractors for industrialization.
• Support equipment evaluation, installation and commissioning for new products.
