Qualifications

• 8+ years of Avaloq development experience.
• Experience leading discussions with business and operations.
• Knowledge of Financial and Global Market Regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to interact with diverse groups.
• Structured, organized and results-oriented approach with high attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and allocate time to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support analysis and design, workshops, and solution validation activities.
• Lead or support stream leads and BAs to scope changes and ensure cost-optimal solutions.
• Maintain functional and technical designs for new features or adaptations.
• Perform coding and unit testing of the assigned work package.
• Report on progress, risks and issues; escalate as needed.
• Support subject matter experts and delve into requirement gaps.
• Act as the contact person for technical questions and customer workshops.
• Perform unit testing and System Integration Testing (SIT) in the testing phase.
• Assist in UAT by clarifications, issue understanding, and defect fixes.
