Job summary
Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Contract Senior Automation Engineer (CSV/GMP) to maintain GMP-compliant computerized systems and support validation activities in a sterile manufacturing environment.
The role requires hands-on PLC/SCADA experience, knowledge of Rockwell FactoryTalk and Siemens TIA Portal, and familiarity with GAMP 5, cGMP and ALCOA+ guidelines. Location is Joo Koon, Singapore, 9-month contract.
Qualifications
- Minimum degree in Automation, Electrical/Electronics, Instrumentation or Computer Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with PLC/SCADA systems in sterile manufacturing.
- Familiar with Rockwell FactoryTalk, Siemens TIA Portal, WinCC, Historian and Active Directory.
- Experience with Maximo, TrackWise or Kneat is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the compliance and validated state of GMP computerized systems
- Perform user-access, alarm, audit-trail and periodic system reviews
- Support data backup, restoration testing and security-log reviews
- Manage deviations, change controls, CAPAs and risk assessments
- Support commissioning, qualification and validation activities
- Provide technical support for PLC, HMI, SCADA and virtualized systems
- Support audits and ensure compliance with GAMP 5, cGMP and ALCOA+ requirements
