A leading company is seeking a Drafter/BIM Modeller in Singapore. You will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards. This role requires a degree in engineering, proven drafting experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

- To prepare drawings and details design documents by using AutoCAD Revit or 3D plant.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret project specifications and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Design diagrams, maps and layouts to illustrate workflow and preparing rough sketches for review with project team.

- To work with project personnel on instructions, pre-established guidelines, and comments, visualize and position them onto drawings.

- Assist in developing design documents, including material take-off and equipment specifications.

- Work closely with the project team to coordinate, organize, and prepare documentation and drawings.

- Ensure accurate and timely completion of drafting tasks to meet project deadlines.

- Make the necessary changes in the drawing per the comments from the engineering team.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Experiences required:

- Degree / Diploma in Engineering

- Proven experience as a drafter or BIM modeller.

- Proficiency in CAD software, specifically AutoCAD or Revit.

- Able to communicate with various levels of people.

- Be independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and deliver timely

- Perform as a good team player

- Pleasant personality; mature, independent, and resourceful.

- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and flexible individual must possess the initiative and ability to take on numerous challenging tasks, and new projects, and meet high standards and deadlines.
