Job summary

smalley & sims pac is seeking a detail-oriented audit professional to lead engagements of varying sizes, develop tailored audit plans, and perform tests to ensure documentation meets professional standards. You will collaborate closely with the Audit Manager and Partner to deliver high-quality work.

Ideal candidates hold a Degree or Diploma in Accountancy (ACCA/CA or equivalent) with 2+ years of audit experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA, CA or equivalent professional qualification.
• 2+ years of relevant audit experience (preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Proactive, committed and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements of various sizes.
• Collaborate with team members for timely completion and high-quality audit work.
• Manage client relationships and expectations.
• Guide and coach junior staff.
• Develop and execute audit plans, programs and verification.
• Assist in due diligence, grant audit, compilation and any other special audit services.
