  • Manage audit fieldwork ensuring adherence to timelines and budgetary requirements, identify & evaluate key risks, and ensure all audit work and engagements to meet Deloitte’s standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
  • Provide guidance, direction, and mentorship to team members through fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Perform a variety of audit and testing work for a portfolio of diversified clients in different industries. Given the many opportunities to work with different engagement teams and managers, you learn to collaborate very fast. As you progress, we train you and assign you to different aspects of the engagement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of practice.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA, CPA qualification is a plus).
  • 3-4 years of experience in public accounting, or in relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of CIFRSs and/or CIFRS for SMEs, and auditing standards.
  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written communication).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
