Job summary

EY Singapore seeks an Audit/Assurance professional to join our EA team, focusing on governance, risk management and regulatory compliance across financial services. You will deliver quality services, understand risk concepts, plan engagements and supervise junior staff.

Ideal candidates have a degree in Accounting or Finance and 2–5 years' audit experience, including exposure to financial services. MAS regulations knowledge is a plus in a collaborative global network.

• Demonstrated leadership and the ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional integrity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality EA services to clients and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate understanding of risk management and controls concepts in client contexts.
• Collaborate to plan engagement objectives and an engagement strategy per standards.
• Direct field work, manage engagement economics and inform supervisors of status.
• Monitor progress against plan and adjust as needed.
• Supervise junior engagement team members and develop them through delegation and guidance.
• Build productive client relationships and maintain contact throughout the year.
