Senior Associate / VP Impact Private Equity Fund in the Water and Sustainable agriculture area

Overview

The Associate will be involved in private equity investments client services and business development in Asia.

Professional Responsibilities

• Screen analyze conduct due diligence on and monitor private equity investments
• Build and modify models for investment program cash flow projection fund cash flow and return analysis
• Prepare investment memorandums and present recommendations and due diligence findings to investment committee
• Support fundraising efforts for future funds
• Client relationship management support including ongoing portfolio management and reporting activities
• Develop market research
• Perform additional related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• MBA or CFA preferred;
• Bachelors degree in Economics or Finance preferred
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience as an Associate and / or Analyst in private equity investment banking or consulting / advisory
• Verbal and written English fluency required; fluency in one or more Asian language highly preferred
• Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
• Strong critical thinking quantitative and analytical skills
• Strong organization decision making and problem solving skills
• Ability to balance multiple concurrent projects and work both independently and as a productive member of project teams
